How to request deletion

From: Send the message from the same email address you used to register with Trively. This helps us verify you are the account owner.
Message content: Briefly state the reason for deletion (one or two sentences) for retrospective application purposes.
Process and timeline
After receiving your request sent from the registered address, we will verify the request matches the account to be deleted and proceed to remove all personal data, itineraries and files associated with that account.
Maximum timeframe: Complete deletion of all data will be carried out within a maximum of 30 calendar days from verification of the request.
Irreversibility: Once deleted, the account and its data cannot be recovered. If you need to keep any information, please back it up before requesting deletion.
Additional information
In some cases, due to legal or security obligations, we may keep certain data for a longer period if required by law. If this applies, we will inform you specifically.
