By accessing or using our mobile application and related services (hereinafter, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description
Trively is a technology platform designed to facilitate the organization, planning, and management of personal travel itineraries. The Service allows users to centralize activities, manage travel documents, and receive recommendations for third-party services.
2. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features, you must register using a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Trively reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
3. User-Generated Content and Storage
Trively allows you to upload files (PDFs, images) and add text to organize your trips.
Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you upload.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the stored content. Uploading material that infringes copyright, is illegal, offensive, or contains computer viruses is prohibited.
Use of Storage: Trively offers a storage feature as a convenience tool. We are not a permanent backup service; we recommend keeping external copies of your critical documents. We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures beyond our control.
4. Disclaimer for Third-Party Services
This is an essential clause of these Terms.
Trively includes links, recommendations, and integrations with third-party service providers, such as Booking.com, Civitatis, transportation providers, and others (hereinafter, "External Providers").
Independence: Trively does not act as a travel agency, tour operator, or insurance provider. We do not sell or directly manage bookings.
No Warranty: Any booking or purchase made through affiliate links is carried out exclusively on the External Provider's platform. Trively does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of such services.
Limitation of Liability: Trively shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, claim, or incident (including cancellations, delays, accidents, or dissatisfaction with the service) arising from your relationship with External Providers. Any claim must be directed to the provider with whom you made the transaction.
5. Trively Intellectual Property
All original content of the Application (logos, source code, interface design, texts, and graphics) is the exclusive property of Joan Navarro Palatsi and is protected by international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited without express authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trively is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Trively be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
7. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Application after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Application, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Tarragona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
